Negotiations and Consultation

What is it? The set-up is open to anyone who might just want – as is normal – a piece of advice in his case, but it may also be two parties who want to speak to the counsellor about problems that have suddenly turned up, or in consultation with the counsellor they want to try to preclude some problems. How does it come off? The conversations take place in confidence, normally in the conciliator’s office. When would this set-up normally be used? When married couples/cohabitants are having problems in connection with separations, divorces, maintenance, and division of property) or there are problems between members of a family. The same thing happens with persons who are “closely related”, like e.g. neighbours, business partners, or business friends. Procedure and payment Our Administration - phone: +45 8612 0277 - will be happy to be of assistance, both with information and with practical details. The expenditure is calculated on the basis of an hourly rate of DKK 1,800.00 + VAT + disbursements. The expenditure for one day (7 hours) is limited to DKK 10,000.00 + VAT + disbursements. Consultation and guidance (max. 1 hour) is free of charge.
