Responsibility

As members of the Danish Bar and Law Society, all our lawyers have accepted the regulations of the Society. Any dispute between a client and ourselves has to be submitted to the Danish Courts, in order to be solved in accordance with Danish legislation. We are responsible for the assistance performed by us, in accordance with the general regulations of Danish current law. Our responsibility does not cover business interruption, loss of data, loss of profits, goodwill or any other kind of indirect losses.
